We currently have:

4 County Coaches

10 Coach grade coaches

4 Level 2 grade coaches

29 Level 1 coaches

All certified coaches in clubs in Lancashire are members of this group.

Archery coaching is in the process of changing. It is a new and exciting time for archers and coaches alike. But in order to have this change run smoothly we must all work our hardest to allow the change to take place. The coach development plan is in its infancy and the UK Coaching Framework has just begun. (both can be viewed at archery GB). We need to look to the future, to keep moving forward in order for archery to be recognised as a leading sport around the world and not just in the UK.
